Reducing Single-Use Plastics at CANUS
CANUS cares about and is proactive when it comes to environmental impact mitigation and protection in Ottawa. 99% of the plastic items sold at CANUS are of a multi-use or robust long-term nature, with many lasting for years and decades as required. Any scrap produced as a byproduct of fabricating these items is entirely recycled with care. All the items we sell can be returned post-use to us for recycling when possible, as is often the case. And finally we educate our employees and customers on plastics reduction and recycling both at work and at home. All these activities combine to minimize our impact footprint in the beautiful Ottawa area.
